Registered Nurse, Primary Care Practice, Su Centro de Salud, Wilmington, DE

ChristianaCare is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for Su Centro de Salud, Primary Care practice currently located at 5578 Kirkwood Highway, Suite 5580 in Wilmington, DE. This practice will be relocating to Centerville Rd., Wilmington, DE in late 2025 or early 2026.

This practice is home to a team of 3 providers, 4 medical assistants, 2 office assistants, 1 Registered Nurse, a Community Health Worker and a Health Guide. Together, they collaborate to treat patients from birth to geriatric and see approximately 60-70 patients/day.

In this role, your daily responsibilities will include telephone triage to support 20-60 messages plus 2 annual wellness visits, and 1-2 educational visits.

***Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with a one-hour lunch
• No weekends, evenings, or holidays

Education and Experience Requirements

• A graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing
• RN license or eligible for licensure in the state Delaware- multistate license required.
• Two years’ experience as a RN, physician office experience preferred
• BSN preferred; ADN considered with agreement of completion of BSN in 3 years

Special Requirements

• Current multistate RN license required
• BLS certification required
